Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u201eDen lille holistiske bondeg\u00e5rd I\/S\u201c accepts payments via Dankort\/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and MobilePay.
The amount will be debited from your account only after the goods have been shipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All amounts are in DKK (Danish Krone) and include VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eDen lille holistiske bondeg\u00e5rd I\/S\u201c uses a certified payment server that encrypts all your card data with the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer). This means that your data cannot be read by unauthorized parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warranty law<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with the Law on the Sale of Goods, we provide a two-year warranty. Our warranty covers material and\/or workmanship defects.
Claims do not extend to defects or damages caused by improper use of the product or service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refund<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If a refund has been agreed upon, please provide us with your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As a general rule, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies to goods you purchase in our online shop.
The cancellation period begins on the day you or a person named by you has received the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No right of withdrawal for meat orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When ordering a whole animal, the animal is slaughtered and processed based on your binding order.
There is no right of withdrawal for fresh meat, as it is a perishable good.
Cancellation or a refund after slaughter is therefore excluded. This also applies if you do not pick up the meat or if you are not satisfied with it.
Your statutory rights in the event of defective goods remain unaffected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellations and no-shows at events<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can cancel a workshop, field trip, or other activity up to 14 days before the agreed-upon date. Payments already made will be fully refunded.
In the event of cancellation less than 14 days before the agreed date, no refund will be issued.
No refund will be issued in case of a no-show.
If we cancel the event, you will of course receive a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return of goods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of this within the 14-day withdrawal period.
Following your notification, you must return the goods to us immediately, but no later than within 14 days.
The notice of revocation must be sent by email to dlhb@netmail.dk<\/a> to send. You can also use our standard withdrawal form for this purpose. You can find it here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Condition of the returned goods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You may inspect the goods to the extent that would also be possible in a retail store.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Should the item have been tested beyond the scope described above, we consider it used. This means that in the event of a purchase cancellation, depending on the market value of the item, you will receive only a partial refund of the purchase price or nothing at all.
To receive a full refund of the purchase price, you must proceed exactly as you would in a brick-and-mortar store. You are allowed to try on the item, but not actually use it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
